Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative Dispute Resolution is a broad category of any non-criminal matters in Court for resolution. For many years, David has served as a Mediator, facilitating communications between opposing parties to help them achieve efficient and durable resolutions in a wide variety of disputes. He is an Office of Mediation and Arbitration/New Hampshire Superior Court Rule 32 approved and credentialed Neutral; he mediates some cases filed with the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights.
